As a Program Assistant, you will work with the leadership team as one of two Program Assistants. It will be your responsibility to develop and strengthen HS leaders as you supervise the participants in the Junior Servant Program. Assist the Waterfront Director as an assistant lifeguard each day. And to supervise the Treetop Village Program each week. As you work in your areas of responsibility you will help to guide and lead the staff through supervision, attitude, and direct support.
We are searching for Program Assistants that:
- Have a strong Christian Foundation
- Has worked at least one year on Lutherhaven Staff
- Enjoy working with High School youth
- Work well in a team setting
- Have healthy boundaries and self-care
- Can manage and train others
- Have strong leadership qualities
- Are lifeguard certified
