As a Waterfront Director, you will help create and maintain a successful summer camp by running a safe, interactive, and welcoming waterfront. Lifeguarding will be your primary responsibility throughout the day. At other times you will be maintaining waterfront equipment and assisting/training the summer staff in leading safe, creative, and engaging waterfront activities.
We are searching for a Waterfront Director that:
- Are Lifeguard Certified through the Red Cross
- Have completed as least 1 year of college
- Enjoy working with youth and children
- Are responsible and safety minded
- Display quick problem-solving skills
- Have effective communication skills
- Will be a witness to God in their life
