When do I drop off/pick up my child for summer camp?

Registration Drop Off Times

Camps that begin on Sunday: 1:00pm-2:30pm

Camps that begin on Wednesday: 2:00pm-2:30pm

Pick Up Times

4:00pm to 4:30pm

Make sure you check with their cabin counselor who will have a sign out sheet along with other items which may include left over camper bank money, a camp photo, and other information.

Opening Celebrations

Camps beginning on Sunday, Opening Celebration at 2:45pm-3:15pm in the Pavilion. Families are encouraged to attend. (Lutherhaven is on EDT.)

Camps beginning on Wednesday, Opening Celebration at 2:45pm-3:15pm in the Daniel Retreat Center. Families are encouraged to attend. (Lutherhaven is on EDT.)

Closing Celebrations

Camps ending on Tuesday, Closing Celebration at 3:30pm in the Fire Circle. Families are encouraged to attend and pick up your campers afterwards. (Lutherhaven is on EDT.)

Camps ending on Friday, Closing Celebration at 3:30pm in the Pavilion. Families are encouraged to attend and pick up your campers afterwards. (Lutherhaven is on EDT.)
